| I HATE REPAINTS!!! |
You know them, I know them, we all love them (you better)! This
game is based off of the hit movie Bayformers and is actually, not too bad. I don't know why it gets so much flak. It definitely could
have been way better, but I am happy that this game wasn't so bad, that I had to transform the case into a coaster. Transformation
is fun, missions are a tad repetitive, driving controls are sometimes out of whack and you don't get to play as Ratchet, Bonecrusher
or Brawl. Despite it's flaws you will enjoy yourself here and there. Sometimes the objectives are silly and generic but that
one that will drive you mad is how projectiles do NO damage to other transformers. They can do damage to you, but not you
to them. You have to pick them up, throw them, punch them, kick them and thats the only way to damage them. Sometimes you
have to throw a car at them to lower their defenses first. It's just a pain. Despite these things, the game does sport some
cool bonus unlockables such as G1 skins, videos and stills from the movie. So with that in mind, I suggest you pick this game
up when it hits the $20 price tag. Otherwise rent and enjoy.
Gameplay: Could have been better but gets the job done,
especially for a movie game. Controls: Solid in the most part, sometimes driving is a tad iffy though. Graphics:
Acceptable. Sound: Decent. Replay Value: Low Overall: 6 out of 10
